NEOENERJI designed and turnkey delivered a unique offgrid wind plant for UNDP Azerbaijan in 2018. Given the harsh conditions, our engineers chose vertical axis wind turbines for their robust​ mechanics, low startup speed and stable performance at extreme rushes of wind.
